Hi Shawn: I really enjoyed Recipe last night. I was with Bill Sertl, who was Gourmet's Travel Editor, and the person who came to Paris with me a couple of years ago, when we did the Paris on not too much money issue. We both felt so nostalgic, sitting in your restaurant, because it reminded us of the good little places we went to in the 9th, 10th and 11th. We talked to the people next to us, shared food, drank wine, loved all the dishes. And that macaroni and cheese was a big hit here at home.

Didn't get a chance introduce myself last night. This is Shawn the chef at Recipe.
You've been an inspiration to me. It was a pleasure knowing you were with us.
